You will receive an estimated delivery date when you place your order. Orders typically take 2 - 4 weeks from order date to delivery.
Please check you junk folder as depending on your email provider or settings, some emails automatically go there. Please add info@nimbusbeds.com to your address book and this will prevent any issues in the future.

Should you change your mind about your purchase we have a 48 hour cooling off period in which you can cancel your order, we will need written or verbal communication from yourself ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel.

Each bed is considered a specialist, made to order item, and therefore is a non-returnable item. Once the 48 hour cooling off period has been exceeded you will not be able to cancel your order or return your bed. If you wish to cancel after 48 hours you will be subject to a 30% (of your order value) restocking fee.

We may be able to arrange delivery to a carrier of your choice so you can arrange the shipment overseas, but be aware your guarantee is only valid if the goods remain on mainland Britain and Northern Ireland.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you are purchasing fits your home. If an item doesn't fit we will offer you the option to downsize to the next size.

If you find you have missing parts to your delivery, please get in touch with us ASAP. This can be done via our lOrder Problem Form or alternatively emailing us directly at Jon Doe
We have our own dedicated delivery team who will be delivering your items to you! On some occassions due to logistics we may need to use a third party courier for smaller items.
We will never pass your details to any third party. If however, we need to arrange an independent inspection or delivery, we will ask your permission to do so.

We’ll deliver your bed or furniture, not just to your front door, but to any room in your house. Of course we’ll take every care carrying your items through your home but even so, we recommend that you move valuables such as vases or paintings out of the delivery path. Our team will advise you of any risks that should be removed during delivery.

The following services are also available at an extra charge:

  • We unpack and recycle packaging
  • We unpack all divans, assemble and fit the headboards in a room of your choice
  • We unpack mattresses only purchases and place them on an existing divan base or frame
  • We will take away packaging for divans, mattress and headboard packaging, if assembled, away and recycle it

Unfortunately we cannot assemble frames and bunk beds – however these will still be delivered to the room of the customers’ choice.

In extraordinary circumstances, If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your bed once delivered it may be possible at managers discretion to exchange the bed to the value, however, this will incur a £150 handling fee to cover delivery and installation charges, we reserve the right to withdraw this offer, it is at the manager’s discretion.
As part of our commitment to maintaining high standards of service, We are a Full member of the Furniture Ombudsman. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and we haven't managed to resolve the problem, you can contact the ombudsman to look into it for you. As a Full member, Nimbus is signed up to The Furniture Ombudsman's Code of Practice and as such we are bound to follow the Ombudsman's decision.
