Installation Service
We'll deliver your bed or furniture not just to your front door, but to any room in your house. We take every care carrying items through your home, but we do recommend moving valuables such as vases or paintings out of the delivery path. Our team will point out anything that should be cleared before we start.
What's included
- Delivery to the room of your choice
- Assembly of your new bed in that room
- Removal and recycling of packaging for divans, mattresses and headboards where assembled
Items we may not be able to assemble
Most beds and divans can be assembled by our team. Depending on how they're built, some bed frames and bunk beds can't be. Where that's the case we'll still deliver to the room of your choice for you to assemble yourself.
We'll confirm whether assembly is available for your item before you order, and where we can't assemble it you'll be charged the delivery-only rate rather than the assembly rate.
Recycling your old bed
One of the biggest challenges when buying a new bed is what to do with the old one. We can assemble your new bed exactly where you want it and take the old one away at the same time. One item per order; additional removals are charged at extra rates.
Checking your delivery
Please check all packaging is in good order on arrival. If the packaging is damaged, please still accept the goods and note "packaging damaged" on the paperwork. Goods remain at our risk until they're delivered to you, so if there's damage we'll arrange a replacement and uplift the damaged item as soon as possible.
