Going that little bit further…
We’ll deliver your bed or furniture, not just to your front door, but to any room in your house. Of course we’ll take every care carrying your items through your home but even so, we recommend that you move valuables such as vases or paintings out of the delivery path. Our team will advise you of any risks that should be removed during delivery. The following services are also available at an extra charge:
- We unpack and recycle packaging
- We unpack all divans, assemble and fit the headboards in a room of your choice
- We unpack mattresses only purchases and place them on an existing divan base or frame
- We will take away packaging for divans, mattress and headboard packaging, if assembled, away and recycle it
Unfortunately we cannot assemble frames and bunk beds – however these will still be delivered to the room of the customers’ choice.
Damages Check all packaging is in good order. If the packaging is damaged still accept the goods but state on the paperwork "packaging damaged". If there is damage we will have the item replaced and the damaged item uplifted as soon as possible.
