Q: Will I be accepted for finance?

A: Whether or not you’re accepted for finance depends on a few different factors. Duologi has their own credit team, who use a bespoke credit engine that helps decide if you’ll be accepted or not.


Q: What do I do if I have been declined?

A: If you aren’t accepted for finance, we, unfortunately, won’t be able to give the specific reason/s why. However, you can get a copy of your credit report that’ll give more information on your finances and let you see potential reasons. Q: What’s a credit search?

A: Basically a credit search is when a third party investigates your credit report. They’re looking to see how you manage your credit now, and how you’ve managed it in the past to predict future behaviour. This search might then be recorded on your credit report for other third parties to see. This is helpful for potential lenders because if you’ve made multiple applications recently it could be an indication of how you manage your credit.

Q: When will I receive a copy of my loan agreement?

A: Within 3-5 days of your order arriving, you’ll receive a welcome pack email from Duologi which has your loan agreement.. If you need a copy of your paperwork sooner, then you can contact the friendly Duologi support team on

Q: What should I do if I want to return my order and cancel my agreement?

A: We hope you’ll love your order, but if you need to return your purchase for any reason then once we’ve confirmed your cancellation, we will let Duologi know to close your finance agreement and refund any payments you’ve already made. Check Your Eligibility

Before you apply please note you will only be considered for finance if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are in regular full or part-time employment (minimum 16 hours per week or £10,000 per annum, unless you are retired and receiving a private / company pension or in receipt of disability allowance)
  • Are a permanent UK resident and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years.
  • Have a good credit history with no late payments, debt relief orders, CCJs, IVAs or bankruptcies.

Our Payment Plan Options

Representative example would be:

0% finance over 12 months

  • Total order value = £600
  • 10% deposit = £60
  • Total amount of credit = £540
  • Duration = 12 months
  • Representative APR = 0%
  • Interest charged = £0
  • 12 monthly payments of = £45
  • Total amount payable = £600

Finance Decision

Your application will be assessed based on various factors including eligibility, credit history and affordability and Duologi  will let you know the outcome as soon as possible.

Once approved, you just need to digitally sign your credit agreement, pay your deposit and the process is complete.

In a very few cases, your application may be referred to a lender for manual underwriting.  If you’re not approved for finance it could be for a variety of reasons. You should gain a copy of your credit file and this will be able to give you more information.

Repaying the Loan

Your first direct debit payment will be taken about 25 days after you have received your purchase. This will show on your statement as a payment to Duologi. You have the right to repay all or part of the loan early at any time.


There is a 14-day cooling off period where you can withdraw from the credit agreement after signing your documents. If you wish to do this, you need to notify Nimbus Beds in writing.

A finance agreement does not affect our standard refund and returns policy. Just contact Duologi and we can cancel your application.

Any late or missed repayments may have serious consequences and your credit rating may be affected which could make it more difficult to obtain credit in the future. Offered subject to status and successful credit assessment.
