Bought a nimbus mattress the sales guy was very helpful the whole team were very nice and helpful, the mattress got delivered 3 days ago but unfortunately have woken up every day sore the mattress feels too firm and nimbus don't do refunds or exchanges so I'm really hoping the mattress will break in and soften up. 5 stars for the staff 2.5 stars for the mattress as this is day 3 of waking up in pain.
