Returns

We strongly recommend that before buying a bed or mattress, you try it out in a store to make sure you like it. Similar to breaking a pair of shoes in, all new beds have what we call a ‘bedding-in’ period. This is usually around 8 to 12 weeks and is the time it takes for the fillings in your mattress to settle. Also, a new mattress is always going to feel different to an older, worn one (which is a good thing!), so give it a chance to win you over.

If you have bought a large item such as a bed or mattress which you think may be damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible. Email Contact@Nimbusbeds.com with your order number, details and any photographs of the issue and we’ll look into it straight away. Alternatively call us on 01592 381673 to discuss.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on beds or mattresses that have been slept on for hygiene purposes.

For online and telesales orders, you can only return an item within 14 days from the date of your delivery.

For smaller items such as pillows and bed linen, simply take it back to the store you ordered it from where we will be happy to assist you. If you bought online, you can return it within 14 days by calling 01592 381673. We will advise you on where and how to post your item back as well as help you with arranging a replacement.
